Rates for the ship or the Yacht:
The rates for the ship or yacht includes accommodation aboard the ship or yacht, all meals, island sightseeing, all guide and lecture services, transfers in the islands and between the airport and yacht in Galapagos.
Itineraries are subject to change without notice ( for safety, environmental or any other reasons).
Not included in the rate for the ship or the yacht:
Galapagos flights Quito – Galapagos – Quito or Guayaquil – Galapagos – Guayaquil, Galapagos entrance fee USD 100 per person, Galapagos Tourist transit card USD 20 per passenger, tips (It is customary to tip the guide, chef and crew) soft drinks, alcoholic beverages. Travel insurance, and any other extras not specifically mentioned.
When we reconfirm your reservation for the yacht, ship or hotel we will make the reservation for the Quito Galapagos- Quito or ( Guayaquil) flight so you are ensures space on the plane to meet our boat. Galapagos flight schedules vary depending on your ship or yacht. Please be advised that there is a limit of 20 kilos( 40lbs) of the checked luggage per person on the flight to Galapagos.
The rates for the Galapagos flight vary depending on which airline the ship, yacht or hotel uses. As an example, the Quito – Galapagos – Quito flight varies from USD 450 to 550 per person.
Payment and cancellation policies
The payment has to follow this specific order to confirm reservations:
30 % of the total price upon booking.
70% of the total price in a minimum of 90 calendar days prior to departure date.
Nautica will proceed to book an open space when the terms agreed in Payment and Cancellation policies have been respected.
All transactions must be in US Dollar (American Dollar).
Any expenses for converting currencies must be covered by the client and included in the payment, as well as any expenses for transferring the funds.
All payments indicated should be received and credited in Nautica’s account within the limits indicated; otherwise, the space that has been booked could be automatically released again.
Nautica reserves the right to refuse name changes on any booking.

All cancellations should be written and received by Nautica more than 121 days prior to tour departure date, 10 % of the payment made will be retained as cancellation fee.
If the written cancellation is received between 120 and 61 days prior to tour departure date, 20 % of the payment will be retained as cancellation fee as well.
Less than 60 days prior the departure date, 100 % of total invoice will be retained.
- 330 days (or more) prior the departure date, 20 % of the total price will be retained.
- 150 days (or less) prior the departure date, 100% of the total price will be retained.
Travel agents, their Owners, Outfitters, Airlines, Agents, and Employees generally only act as the agent for the owners, contractors, and suppliers providing means of transportation and/or all other related travel services and generally assume no responsibility caused for injury, loss or damage to person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from: acts of God, detention, annoyance, delays, expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations, and discrepancies or changes in transit or hotel services over which they have no control.
Reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made where deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passengers and according to the Galapagos National Park regulations. The right is normally reserved to substitute boats for others going out on the same date with equivalent or higher class, alter the itinerary, and reverse the order of the places to be visited.
