TIP TOP II
Tip Top II
The Tip Top II is a 85 foot steel hulled motor yacht built in Guayaquil, Ecuador. It provides very comfortable accommodation and meals for your natural history tour of the Galapagos Islands.
Fully refurbished in December, 1998, it accommodates 16 passengers in 8 double cabins each with private shower and toilet. There is a bar, dining room, library, sundeck and diving platform. All cabins and public areas are fully carpeted and air conditioned.

- Installation of new Cumming's Marpol Anex VI compliant propulsive engines and Shafts and propellers change.
- Installation of new ONAN Marpol Anex VI compliant generators
- New Air Conditioning System for the entire yacht
- Reallocation of cabins 05 and 06 and Engine room
- 80% Iron plates change and Hull widening
- Lobby and dinner room reallocation and improvement
- Desalinization water plant installation
- New Sun Deck
- Expansion of actual covered deck and Main Bow deck
- Installation and configuration of Top of the Line Audio and Video System and Multimedia Equipment
Some of the advantages of these improvements are:
Speed: Cruise speed increased to an average of 10 knots (nautical miles per hour)
Silence: Cabins and public areas are now much more silent, especially Cabins 5 and 6 and Lounge.
Autonomy: The Tip Top II have now improved efficiency in the use of pure fresh water
Comfort: Lobby and Dinning Room, Cabins 01 to 06 and actual covered deck with new increased room for passengers; in addition, the new Sun Deck creates more areas available for enjoying the Galapagos Islands on board the Tip Top II.
Stability: The Tip Top II have increased stability which makes navigation more comfortable and enjoyable for passengers.

The Tip Top III is a first class, 98 foot, steel-hulled motor-yacht built to impeccably high standards in Guayaquil, Ecuador in 2001. The boat accommodates 16 passengers in double cabins each with private toilet and shower. It is fully air conditioned.
